Hello, I’m Erin.

The founder behind Blueprint Sustainability Advisors (BSA).

I launched BSA in 2014 as a mission-driven consultancy dedicated to helping nonprofits advance growth initiatives. This work combines my experience as a nonprofit executive and consultant with my passion for sustainability, social impact, and the transformative power of public institutions to educate, inspire, and shape communities.

My perspective was deeply shaped by my four years in Haiti after the 2010 earthquake, where I led a project to build the country’s first sustainable school system. I saw firsthand the long-term impacts of environmental devastation and social inequities, reinforcing my belief in the power of cultural and educational institutions to drive change.

I’ve worked with over 100 mission-driven organizations— in education, advocacy, arts, healthcare, and human services—helping them advance their mission, launch new initiatives, and build programs that increase impact. I love bringing ideas to life, leading projects from the spark of an idea to full execution.

When I’m not traveling for fun or to support clients, I’m home in NJ with my husband and two children—improving my equestrian skills, studying botanical illustration and perfecting my outdoor pizza-making.

I plan and lead all BSA projects and bring in area specific skilled collaborators and team members as needed.
